11 of 11 ordinance items have a cited finding. The rest are left open and named, each with who can answer it.
Prepared by Echo 1 Labs for The Texan. Inside: the eleven ordinance items for the Austin site, each with its citation; a takeoff beside what the sheet states; the approvals ahead; the open items and who closes each one; and a 3D scene of the site you can walk through. A working document.
The checklist in the order it was written. Each card gives the requirement, the citation, how the drawing compares, and where the finding was read. A card marked not found means the governing text could not be retrieved, not that the item is unregulated.
A 3D scene traced from the architect's own sheet, with a takeoff beside the numbers the sheet states. No sheet gives a building height, so height is marked assumed. The scene is for orientation, not a coordination model.
Each approval is a step the research found between this plan and a permit. The open items below name who closes the questions behind them.
Three outcomes, each from a cited input or an input labeled as an assumption: time to screening, time to decision, and capital velocity. Every figure below is a scenario. Change an input and the figures follow.
These are drafts. Nothing on this page sends a message; the architect of record sends each one under the architect's own signature.
Each finding names where it was read. Publisher means the jurisdiction's own published code. Unofficial mirror means a third-party copy to re-verify before any submittal. The documents retrieved for this site are listed too.
